Terms of Service — soulMates

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the soulMates mobile application ("App") operated by Kuip Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ireland.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or send harmful content to other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App
• Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights

4. User Content

You retain ownership of messages and content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content as necessary to operate the service.

5. Music Content

Music tracks available in the App are provided for preview purposes. We do not claim ownership of third-party music content. All music rights belong to their respective owners.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer optional paid subscriptions with additional features. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will lead to any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuip Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
