Terms of Service — soulMates

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the soulMates mobile application ("App") operated by Kuip Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ireland.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You may sign in using a supported authentication method, including Google or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Community Safety and Acceptable Use

We have no tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, impersonation, spam, abusive names or avatars, or other abusive behavior.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate any user or our team
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use abusive, offensive, hateful, or sexualized names or avatars
• Spam reactions, track proposals, or other in-app interactions
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated tools to access, scrape, or interfere with the App

Users can block and report other users. Repeated reports may remove an account from discovery, and serious or repeated violations may result in account restrictions.

4. Limited User Interactions

soulMates is not a free-form social network. User-to-user interactions are intentionally limited. Depending on the features and plan available, users may exchange preset emoji reactions and curated music tracks from the App's catalog. The Feedback room is intended for communication between a user and our team.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including feedback messages you send to our team. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content as necessary to operate, secure, and moderate the service.

6. Music Content

Music tracks available in the App are provided for preview and discovery purposes. We do not claim ownership of third-party music content. All music rights belong to their respective owners.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer optional paid subscriptions with additional features. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are repeatedly reported, or are used in a way that risks the safety of other users or the integrity of the service. You may delete your account in the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will lead to any particular outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuip Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
