How to delete your account

You can delete your soulMates account and all associated data directly from the app. Follow these steps:

1. Open the soulMates app on your device.
2. Go to the Music Profile tab (the brain icon in the bottom navigation).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Tap Delete Account (in red).
5. Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your display profile (name and avatar)
• All your matches and compatibility data
• All chat rooms and messages associated with your account
• Your swipe history and music preference data

Local data stored on your device (cached tracks and preferences) is also cleared when you delete your account.

This action is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you wish to use soulMates again, you will need to create a new account.
